This License Policy explains how you may use ready-made TRooThemes products and themes generated through TRooThemes' AI-powered features.

By purchasing, downloading, exporting, generating, or using a TRooThemes product or Output, you agree to this License Policy together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. What This License Covers

This License Policy applies to:

Ready-Made TRooThemes Products

This may include:

• Website themes
• Frontend themes
• Divi Child Themes
• Divi Layouts
• Elementor themes
• React themes
• HTML themes
• HubSpot themes
• Figma templates
• Layouts
• Components
• Bundles
• Other downloadable TRooThemes products

AI-Generated Output

This may include:

• Themes generated from text prompts
• Themes generated from Figma designs
• Themes generated from screenshots
• Frontend code
• Website layouts
• Components
• Styling
• Generated text
• Generated visual elements
• Other output created using TRooThemes AI features

The license that applies to a particular product or Output may also depend on your plan, purchase, product page, or other terms shown when you use the Service.

2. Ready-Made Products Remain TRooThemes Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ready-made themes, templates, layouts, components, and other products created and distributed by TRooThemes remain the intellectual property of TRooThemes or the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing or downloading a ready-made product gives you a license to use that product.

It does not transfer ownership of the original product or underlying TRooThemes intellectual property to you.

You may customize a licensed product for an authorized personal, business, or client website within the limits of the applicable license.

3. Single Site License

A Single Site License allows you to use the applicable ready-made product on one live domain.

You May:

• Use the product on one personal website
• Use the product on one business website
• Use the product for one client website
• Use localhost, development, preview, or staging environments for that same project
• Modify the theme, layout, design, code, content, or styling for the licensed website
• Keep a backup copy for the licensed project

You May Not:

• Use the product on multiple live domains
• Share the original product files with unrelated third parties
• Resell the original product
• Redistribute the original product
• Sublicense the original product as a standalone theme or template
• Upload the original product to another theme marketplace, template library, repository, or download website
• Make the original product available for others to download

If you need to use the product on additional live domains, you must purchase the appropriate Multi Site License or another available license.

4. Multi Site License

A Multi Site License allows you to use an applicable ready-made product on multiple live domains up to the number included in your purchased license.

For example:

• Domain – 5: up to 5 live domains
• Domain – 10: up to 10 live domains
• Domain – 15: up to 15 live domains
• Domain – 25: up to 25 live domains

The actual limits shown on the applicable product page or at checkout will control.

You May:

• Use the product on the number of live domains included in your license
• Use the product for personal projects
• Use the product for your own business websites
• Use the product for client projects
• Create development or staging versions associated with licensed live domains
• Customize the product for each licensed project

You May Not:

• Exceed the purchased domain limit
• Redistribute the original files
• Resell the original product
• Sublicense the original product
• Make the product available as part of your own downloadable theme library
• Provide the source product to others for independent use
• Claim ownership of the original TRooThemes product

If you require additional domains, you must obtain an additional or upgraded license.

5. AI-Generated Themes and Output

TRooThemes may allow you to generate frontend themes and other Output from prompts, Figma designs, screenshots, and other supported Inputs.

Subject to:

• Your applicable TRooThemes plan
• Any project or usage limits
• These license terms
• Our Terms and Conditions
• Applicable third-party rights
• Applicable law

TRooThemes grants you a non-exclusive right to use and modify eligible Output generated through your account for authorized personal, business, or client projects.

You May Generally:

• Use generated themes for personal projects
• Use generated themes for your own business
• Use generated themes for client websites
• Modify generated frontend code
• Modify layouts and styling
• Add your own content and branding
• Integrate generated Output into a larger website or project
• Deploy Output within the limits of your applicable plan or license
• Make reasonable modifications required for your project

Any specific project, domain, generation, download, or export limits shown under your plan will still apply.

6. What You Cannot Do With AI-Generated Output

Unless TRooThemes expressly provides a license or plan permitting it, you may not:

• Resell generated Output as a standalone TRooThemes theme or template
• Create a stock theme or template marketplace primarily from TRooThemes-generated Output
• Redistribute generated Output as a downloadable theme library
• Sell or sublicense access to TRooThemes' underlying generation technology
• Package TRooThemes platform functionality as your own theme-generation service
• Reverse engineer or reproduce TRooThemes' proprietary systems
• Circumvent generation, export, account, domain, credit, or plan restrictions
• Use Output for unlawful purposes
• Use Output in a manner that knowingly infringes third-party intellectual property rights

You may charge clients for websites, development work, customization, implementation, design services, or other professional services that incorporate properly licensed TRooThemes Output.

7. AI Output Is Not Exclusive

AI-generated Output is not provided on an exclusive basis.

AI systems may generate identical or similar:

• Layouts
• Components
• Code
• Styling
• Text
• Structures
• Designs
• Visual elements

for different users, particularly when users provide similar prompts or reference materials.

Receiving Output from TRooThemes does not mean that no other user may receive similar Output.

TRooThemes does not guarantee that AI-generated Output can be exclusively owned, copyrighted, trademarked, patented, or otherwise protected under intellectual property laws.

8. Your Inputs

You retain the rights you already hold in the materials you provide to TRooThemes.

These may include:

• Prompts
• Figma designs
• Screenshots
• Logos
• Images
• Brand assets
• Text
• Code
• Documents
• Other materials

Using your materials with TRooThemes does not transfer ownership of those materials to TRooThemes.

However, you grant TRooThemes the rights reasonably necessary to process those materials and provide the requested Service as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and submit your Inputs.

9. Using Screenshots and Third-Party Designs

The ability to generate a theme from a screenshot, Figma design, website reference, image, or other material does not grant you rights to the original material.

You must have the necessary permission or legal right to use any material you provide.

You may not use TRooThemes to knowingly create unauthorized copies of protected:

• Websites
• Themes
• Templates
• Brand identities
• Logos
• Designs
• Artwork
• Copyrighted content
• Proprietary materials

You are responsible for clearing third-party rights relating to your Inputs and intended use.

10. Client Projects

TRooThemes products and eligible AI-generated Output may be used for client projects where permitted by your applicable license or plan.

You may:

• Build a website for a client
• Customize the theme for the client
• Modify design elements
• Add client branding and content
• Charge the client for your design, development, implementation, or professional services

However, your client does not automatically receive the right to:

• Redistribute the original TRooThemes product
• Sell the original theme as a standalone product
• Use a Single Site licensed ready-made product on additional websites
• Provide the original files to others for independent reuse

If the client needs to use the ready-made product on another live domain, an additional license may be required.

11. Free Products

Unless a specific product states otherwise, free TRooThemes products remain subject to this License Policy.

The fact that a product is free does not automatically mean that it:

• Is public domain
• Can be redistributed
• Can be resold
• Can be sublicensed
• Can be claimed as your own original product

Any special permissions included with a free product will be stated on its product page or accompanying license information.

12. Bundles

A bundle may contain multiple themes, templates, layouts, or other products.

Each included product remains subject to the applicable license associated with the bundle.

Purchasing a bundle does not automatically grant unlimited redistribution or resale rights.

Domain or project limits stated for the bundle will apply to the products included within it.

13. Modifications

You may modify licensed products for authorized projects.

This may include changing:

• Colors
• Fonts
• Layouts
• Images
• Content
• Styling
• Components
• Code
• Branding

Making modifications does not transfer ownership of the original TRooThemes product to you.

A modified version of a ready-made TRooThemes product remains subject to applicable restrictions on redistribution and resale.

14. Third-Party Assets and Open-Source Components

TRooThemes themes and generated Output may include or work with third-party:

• Frameworks
• Libraries
• Plugins
• Fonts
• Icons
• Images
• Open-source software
• APIs
• Code packages
• Other technologies

Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Where a third-party license grants you additional rights, that third-party license applies to the applicable component.

This TRooThemes License Policy does not override valid open-source or third-party license terms.

You are responsible for complying with any third-party license requirements applicable to your project.

15. TRooThemes Platform and Technology

Your license to use themes or generated Output does not grant you ownership or rights in the underlying TRooThemes platform.

TRooThemes retains rights in its proprietary:

• Platform
• Software
• Source code
• AI workflows
• Generation systems
• Interfaces
• Technology
• Branding
• Logos
• Documentation
• Design systems
• Internal tools
• Other proprietary materials

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the underlying TRooThemes platform except where expressly permitted by TRooThemes or applicable law.

16. No Transfer of Trademarks

This license does not give you permission to use TRooThemes' name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, or other brand identifiers except where expressly permitted.

Removing TRooThemes branding from an authorized website customization, where technically permitted, does not transfer ownership of TRooThemes intellectual property.

17. License Violations

A license may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate this License Policy or the TRooThemes Terms and Conditions.

Examples include:

• Unauthorized redistribution
• Unauthorized resale
• Exceeding purchased domain limits
• Sharing account access to avoid licensing requirements
• Circumventing platform restrictions
• Using TRooThemes technology to operate a competing generation service without authorization

If a license is terminated because of a material violation, you may be required to stop using the affected product or Output, subject to applicable law.

18. Product Updates and Support

Purchasing a license does not automatically guarantee:

• Lifetime product updates
• Lifetime technical support
• Custom development
• Custom modifications
• Compatibility with every future third-party platform version

Updates and support depend on the applicable product, plan, subscription, or terms displayed at the time of purchase.

19. Changes to This License Policy

We may update this License Policy as TRooThemes introduces:

• New AI capabilities
• New licensing options
• New theme formats
• New products
• New plans
• New usage models

Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date.

Changes will not remove rights already granted for completed purchases where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law or the applicable purchase terms.
